A teaching on how to move into our higher self and love all our selves. Its good to be human also. Many spiritual people think they should deny their lower self but it can be good to embrace it, love it and overcome it. We may then move back to our higher self. These cycles may continue while there is still forgiveness to be done and greater self love to be felt.♥
